By purchasing any item from eProducts, BUYER represents that they are
of legal age to purchase said product(s).
RMA / RETURN POLICY:
You MUST acquire an RMA # prior to returning ANY product.
ALL RMA REQUESTS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL AT: eSercvice@USPepperSpray.com.
Items returned without a valid RMA# will not be processed or returned. Products returned after 10 days of purchase will receive an 85% website credit.
US Pepper Spray will refund 100% of the product price for returns within 10 days of purchase.
ALL returned items MUST be unopened, undamaged and in resaleable condition with ALL retail packaging. Items not meeting this requirement will incure a 50% restock fee.
USED / REFURBISHED ITEMS:
Used or Refurbished items will be clearly identified in the product description. Warranty / Refund policies will be stated within the products description and are not subject to new product refund terms.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
